EXPEDITIONS AND RETURNS

The orders are delivered by the Post office within 3 to 15 days (worked after validation of the order) with fixed participation to the postage and packing costs (10 € at home for the metropolitan France). For deliveries outside mainland France: contact us. The risks of transport are the responsibility of the customer from the exit of the warehouse. The customer will have to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered articles and to report immediately to MYELFSTORE any anomaly if necessary.

 

EXCHANGE OR REFUND GUARANTEE

You can return only products that have been purchased directly from the website www.myelfstore.com.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased on www.myelfstore.com, you may return it for exchange or refund within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt, following the steps outlined. below. After this period, the products can not be exchanged or refunded.

In order for the return to be accepted, items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice on which you will have enclosed the returned product (s) and quantity (s) ( s). Items must not have been worn or washed and must be in a condition for resale. Items returned incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled will not be returned.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer. MYELFSTORE can not be held responsible for the loss of a return made by yourself.

Returns are to be made by post after obtaining an agreement by mail.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE

- Make another order and ask for the refund of the item in your possession via your account or email. (Be careful to respect the deadline of 15 days after the delivery, see the heading "How to be refunded an article" below)

or

- (about 10 days delay) Return the article by attaching a copy of your invoice and indicate the size you want instead. In case of unavailability of the article, myelfstore will inform you by email or phone, offering you either to exchange the unavailable item or to refund it.

 

HOW TO BE REFUNDED

Return your item (s) by mail (at your expense) and attach a copy of your invoice stating the desired refund. We will refund the original price paid for the returned item, within thirty (30) days of shipment. Shipping costs are not refundable. The refund is done by recrédite on the account used when placing your order.
